  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine grated paneer with capsicum, green chilli, chaat masala, pepper powder and salt as required. Combine well. Set aside.
  2. Take a slice of brown bread, spread the prepared paneer and capsicum filling over the bread slice.
  3. Place another slice of bread on the filling, spread butter and toast it on a tawa.
  4. Flip the sandwich and spread butter on the other side and toast.
  5. Flip over and toast the sandwich until it turns light brown.
  6. Slice the sandwich diagonally or vertically.
  7. Serve delicious and healthy Paneer Capsicum Sandwich accompanied with tomato ketchup.
