  1. In a mixing bowl combine wheat flour with salt and 2 teaspoons of oil.
  2. Add water gradually and knead the dough into a soft pliable dough. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil 3 eggs and peel away the shell.
  4. Grate the eggs in a bowl, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, pepper powder, cumin powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Mix well and combine all the ingredients together. Set aside.
  7. After 5 minutes, knead the dough again, pinch a ball sized dough and coat it with wheat flour.
  8. Roll the dough flat and thin.
  9. Cut the flattened dough into 4 small round shapes
  10. Place a tablespoon of prepared egg filling over the dough.
  11. Fold all the edges and seal in the stuffing by gently pressing the edges with folk.
