  1. Dry roast white sesame seeds over low flame until it pops.
  2. Transfer the roasted sesame seeds to a plate and allow it to cool.
  3. Dry roast oats on low flame for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add desiccated coconut and dry roast for another 2-3 minutes on low flame. Set aside.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, add almonds and fry for 2-3 minutes until brown.
  6. Add pista and walnuts.
  7. Fry for 2 minutes on low flame and transfer it to a bowl.
  8. Allow it to cool down and transfer it to the blender. Blend coarsely.
  9. Add makhana to the pan, fry until crisp.
  10. Allow it to cool and transfer it to the blender.
  11. Blend coarsely and transfer it to a bowl.
  12. Add roasted sesame seeds and oats to the blender. Blend coarsely.
  13. Add the ground sesame seeds and oats to the bowl with nuts powder. Combine well.
  14. Add saffron strands, ginger powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and cardamom powder. Mix well with a spoon.
  15. Store it in an airtight container in a refrigerator for upto 30 days.
  16. Health drink preparation: Heat milk in a deep bottom pan. Allow it to boil.
  17. Add 1 large spoon of prepared health drink powder. Whisk well.
  18. Stir continuously and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the drink thickens.
  19. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool completely.
  20. Add 1 teaspoon palm jaggery powder. Stir and mix well.
  21. Transfer it to the serving glass or bowl.
  22. Have a bowl of healthy immunity drink on an empty stomach.
