Kaju Badam ladoo is a healthy recipe prepared with high-protein Almonds and Cashew nuts, which can be eaten as energy balls, party snacks, sweets after every day meal or as a festive sweet.

Kaju Badam Ladoo is an easy to make snack recipe that can be made super quick in just 15 minutes. To make this healthy snack, cashew nuts and almonds are ground and roasted in ghee with grated coconut, combined and cooked with jaggery, cardamom powder and pepper powder. The ladoo mixture is rolled into small balls to make delicious and healthy ladoos.

Nuts are a rich source of protein, high fibre, vitamins and minerals such as calcium, copper, magnesium etc. They are also a good source of iron, zinc and manganese.   1. In a blender, add cashew nuts and almonds. Grind coarsely.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of ghee in a non-stick pan, add ground almond and cashew nuts powder and roast for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Add grated dry coconut and roast for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Heat 1 teaspoon ghee, add jaggery, stir continuously on a low flame and melt jaggery.
  5. Add cardamom powder and pepper powder. Stir and combine well.
  6. Add roasted powder and coconut mixture in batches, stir continuously to combine well.
  7. Cool the ladoo mixture slightly.
  8. Grease your hand with ghee, take small portions of the ladoo mixture and make ladoos by rolling them into bite size balls.
  9. Store the ladoos in an airtight container and refrigerate.
  10. Serve Kaju Badam Ladoo after your everyday meal.
